What made you apply to Geomek?
– I felt that it was a natural development, to become a salesperson in Foundations. Geomek is a company that, thanks to its corporate culture and professional treatment, has always been very close to me. When the jungle drum spread that they wanted to start up on the west coast, I didn’t have to think twice, but immediately felt that this is something for me. I think the products speak for themselves too; Minova, Mitsubishi, Engineering firm Geotech AB & KLEMM Bohrtechnik GmbH, etc., these are class products through and through.
What have you done earlier in your career?
– I have a good and broad knowledge of foundation laying. I most recently come from Pålab, where I was for 5 years and managed material supply for projects. It was to me that everyone contacted when they needed material, it’s something that I think they, as well as everyone else, should be happy to continue with. Before that, I’ve managed a bit of Oslo, a bit of Malta, various warehouse and logistics jobs and a sports science education at GU.
What will your duties be?
– My main task is technical sales. I like to visit customers’ workplaces, answer inquiries and act as a sounding board. In addition to that, I will also be able to offer most of Geomek’s range, although on the west coast. I will have a warehouse for Geomek in Kungälv, just north of Gothenburg.
Finally, what do you do in your spare time?
– Free time is mostly spent with my wife and my two children. When given the chance, I like to watch football and read books.
