Shank adapters
Shank adapters can have several designs for each hammer. We normally provide shank adapters to KLEMM hydraulic top hammers, but can also deliver these for other types and brands on request. Shank adapters mounted on the hammer with splines are most often available with various threads for the same hammer. It is therefore important to know which hammer you have, and what your are drilling so we can deliver the right shank adapter. Call us, we are used to guiding our customers to the right shank
Flushing shafts
We stock a wide range of flushing head adapters for the most common dimensions. We can also provide custom solutions if needed. The flushing head adapter is threaded directly onto the shank adapter and features a flushing ring around it to direct water or grout down to the drill bit during drilling.
For overburden drilling (OD), a flushing bell is also mounted under the adapter to clear away the drill cuttings. We offer greases, lubricants, lubrication equipment, hoses, oils, and more. If there's something you need that isn't listed, please contact us, and we'll be happy to assist you.
Drill rods
We deliver all types of drill rods and shank adaptors for top hammer drilling. Our suppliers are very flexible and can quickly manufacture the exact material you need.
Adapters and wrenches
We can help with various types of adapters and tapers. Our experience is that many customers sometimes need to change thread dimension between the rotation unit and drill string, or simply have a wear part to prevent the worst wear on the rotation unit.
We have therefore developed our own solution for MAI anchors to enable easily changing from one dimension to another. We use a regular flush shaft with OD 101.6 mm thread and attach a short adapter as a taper to different MAI dimensions.
We also have every type of drill steel wrench, top hammers and DTH drill hammers Drill steel wrenches are measured in millimeters at the opening.
